Seven-Day Refund Window: Customers who purchase a subscription to our IPTV services may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of their initial subscription.
To request a refund, please note the following:
Refund Request: Contact our support team within the seven-day window. Include your name, account information, and the reason for the refund.
Service Usage: Refunds are considered only if the service has not been excessively used. Heavy usage during the seven days may result in the request being denied.
Non-Transferable: Refunds are valid only for the original subscriber and cannot be transferred.
Payment Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Subscription Renewals: The seven-day refund period applies only to the initial subscription purchase and does not cover renewals.
Partial Refunds: No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription after the seven-day period.

If you wish to cancel your subscription after the seven-day refund period, please follow the cancellation process outlined in our Terms of Service. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after the seven-day window.
